Ok it is safe to say to make sure to check with your doctor first! before trying nootrpoics... with that said, lets open your mind to a new world... yea screw that, nootropics are natural substances that help your brain perform better.

There are tons of nootropics out there that help you perform mentally better.

Here are a list of them:

1.L-Tryosine

2. L-Dopa

3. 5-HTP

4. CDP-Choline/Alpha GPC

4. Taurine

5. bacopa

6. l-theanine

7. huperzine a

L-Tryosine: This is a precursor to L-Dopa and is an amino acid that eventually turns into Dopamine. Unlike L-Dopa, it is easy to cross the blood brain barrier.

L-Dopa: is the last amino acid before dopamine, before L-dopa the amino acid is L-Tryosine. L-Dopa does have a trait that helps the growth of androgen receptors... great for body building.

5-HTP: Is an amino acid that converts to serotonin... plain and simple.

CDP-choline: increases choline and a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine which is responsible for memory and focus. Also CDP-Choline is responsible for increasing dopamine receptor density.

Alpha GPC: just like CDP-Choline, increases choline, but With Alpha GPC it can raise your growth hormone also.

Taurine: plain and simple, this is a precursor for the Gabba receptor. Gabba is responsible for making you feel calm.

So far that is a lot of good stuff to get you started on nootropics! but here is a special offer that is a nootropic that I have personally used time after time!

Make sure to click on the image, it has majority of the nootropics listed on this article in one supplement called alpha brain!

l-theanine: found is green/white tea, it acts as a way to calm you done and give you a sense of well being. Great for curing any form of anxiety!

huperzine a: This is for getting the best results of hyper focus in a short period of time. This prevents the break down of acetylcholine, which helps you focus and retain things better.

There are still some other nootropics out there that will help you out! There are a few in alpha brain that I did not list on this blog so make sure to go and check them out!
