Cure Diabetes, plain and simple!

Have you tried everything you could possibly do to get rid of diabetes? That is why I am here to help you out and tell you how I defeated diabetes. It is plain and simple... just stop eating sugar, artificial sweeteners, and refined carbs. Things like bread, pasta and lots of other refined starches will do the trick in increasing your blood sugar along with sugar.

Ok cool! what will help me further in helping my blood sugar? Well take cinnamon, chromium, berberine and take fiber supplements before meals.

1000mg cinnamon, one in morning and another at night time

900mg berberine, take 300mg in morning, midday & night

30mcg of chromium per day

You need to watch out for berberine, since it can interfere with other medications.

When it comes to fiber, I like to get it in a natural healthy way! by doing that usually a hand full of walnuts or almonds will do the trick.

What is something that will help me out with my craving for sugar and refined carbs?!?! well fat and sweet potatoes is my answer! As long as you are at a healthy level of Omega-3's saturated fats and monounsaturated fats are great for your health... along with weight loss. As long as you do not go over board with the sweet potatoes, they can be good for your health and stop those horrible sweet craving!
