Getting rid of heavy metals detox

Ok so you go to the doctors, get a blood test done and you have high amounts of mercury, lead, aluminum, etc. How do you get rid of those metals naturally? Well first I should note if you are in extreme brain fog, tired, continuous infections and you just seem weak... first go to a doctor and do a wide spread blood work (probably on hormones first to rule that out) and check up on how much heavy metals you have in your system.

Holy Crap! I have heavy metals in me! well if you don't then that is great, but still listen so if you do have them one day, you know how to combat it! Here is a list of things to flush out the heavy metals! You know how I am, quick and to the point.
1. Eat Cilantro, a hand full of it, maybe 2-3 times a day.
2. Chlorella (4-6 tablets)
3. Milk Thistle (200-300mg a day)
4. NAC (N - ACETYL CYSTEINE) 500mg a day
5. Alpha Lipoic Acid 600-1200mg a day
6. Vitamin C (2000mg a day)
7. Drink your 6-8 cups of water!
8. avoid processed foods, sugar (just a general rule), and avoid farmed fish
9. Eat Kale, artichoke heart and dandelion root
10. drink your veggie juice with no added sugar!
11.Drink your white Tea, green Tea is good too but not as much anti-oxidants
